Our lead investors provided 100% financing for our prototype project in Penn Valley, and then generously donated the land to our CLT so we can preserve affordability for the lifetime of the properties.

Leo was our first donor who made formation of the CLT possible. He later invested in our first home to keep as an affordable rental, then generously donated another home to our CLT so we can provide low interest financing for a new resident owner.
